Microblading vs Permanent Brows

Eyebrows have never been more popular and frankly more important! Fashion has taken us from pencil thin to the highest arch and back to bushy in a couple of decades often leaving us with very sparse brows from over zealous plucking…….enter microblding and permanent makeup.
Choosing the right brow shape for your face is bewildering and getting them both even is a serious chore for a lot of women
Why have a brow treatment?
Brows really can make a huge difference to how we look, almost above all other facial features, if you suffer from Alopecia or hair loss following chemotherapy then the lack of brows can be crippling for your confidence especially if you are constantly worrying about brow pencil in the heat, rain or during sports.
Fortunately, there is a better option with Permanent Makeup, this allows us to have our brows ready and weather-proof 24 hours a day without the need for makeup or any tinkering with pencils, powders or pomades!
Which treatment should I chose?
The options for permanent makeup today are endless, you may have heard the following terms:
- Microblading, hair stroke brows, powder brows, Ombre, 3D brows, brow embroidery micropigmentation, brow tattoo.
This can be really confusing when you are deciding on what treatment to have. We have compared the most popular eyebrow treatments below to help you make your choice:

This is by far our most popular treatment and has gained popularity over the last 12 months. What is it?
We recreate individual hairs using a manual tool, the results are extremely natural and almost undetectable from your own hairs.
Treatment?
Takes around 2 hours with a control session 5-12 weeks afterwards.
Pain Scale
can be a little scratchier than machine work although most clients feel nothing after the anaesthetic.
Results?
The results are extremely natural and will last around 12 months before a refresh session is needed.
Who is it good for?
Anyone looking for a hyper-realistic brow although this is not the best option if you have very oily or thin skin.
