Our passion and commitment is to have every client leave with a renewed sense of confidence and wellbeing, whether it be by creating a beautiful hair stroke brow, reducing a scar or giving you glowing, fresh skin.

Every treatment will start with an in-depth consultation, this session will allow us to understand your goals and answer any questions you have about the treatment and results. Our aim is for this meeting to be informal and relaxed so that the best possible outcome can be achieved for you.

The process

The Consultation

This relaxed and informal session is a useful first step to your treatment and a great time to discuss what you are looking to improve and any concerns you have.

We will discuss the treatment itself including how it will feel and any aftercare instructions you need to be aware of. If you are having permanent makeup with us then we may draw on the shape for you at this session and colour match.

We often carry out consultations over the phone or of course come and see us at the clinic if you prefer. This session may also include a patch test if the treatment requires it.

The Treatment

The treatment may take place directly after the consultation or at a later date. We will ask you to fill out the relevant paperwork and take your medical history.

We operate in a clinical environment to protect our patients and practitioners but we also want you to feel as relaxed as possible so do ask if there is anything we can do to make you more comfortable, such as a favourite play list.
