Cherry Angioma

Cherry Angioma removal
and  treatments

Cherry Angiomas.

Cherry Angiomas usually occur from your early 30’s and are caused by a small blood vessel, they are mostly found on the face and torso and are round, smooth and bright red in colour.

Often known as blood spots, cherry angiomas or Campbell de Morgan spots, they can be left untreated as they are harmless but people will often want to remove them for cosmetic reasons.

Cherry Angioma removal

Cherry Angiomas treatment is very quick and extremely effective using advanced electrolysis.  The feeding vessel to the angiomas is cauterised which immediately removes smaller angiomas.  Larger/raised angiomas may form a scab and in some cases may need a second treatment to remove, we strongly advise having the treatment whilst the angiomas are still quite small.

The removal process takes around 40 minutes and we can treat around 20 angiomas in this time.  You will be able to resume your daily activities after treatment without any downtime although we do ask that you keep the skin cool and avoid any heat. Sessions prices start from £85 and last approximately 40 minutes. Appointments can be booked via our secure online booking form or by calling our clinic on 0207 792 9132.

We do suggest that you speak to your GP if you see any changes to the shape, colour or texture of the angioma.
