Covid-19 Clinic Reopening
Due to the sudden announcement by the government on the 31st July, we are now unable to reopen the clinic on the 1st August as planned. We are awaiting dates and guidelines and will confirm these once we know. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we are extremely frustrated by this sudden u-turn and will be campaigning to reopen as soon as possible.
Please note that when we are able to reopen there will be additional measures in place to ensure the continued protection of both our clients and practitioners including the completion of our Covid-19 Risk Assessment form (at the bottom of this page) before attending the clinic.
We will provide you with a safe environment that complies with guidelines issued by Government and our local authority
1 OUR CLINIC
✔ We have undertaken a thorough review of our clinic and the services we offer
✔ We have rearranged our waiting, reception and treatment areas to adhere to social distancing guidelines
✔ All surfaces throughout the salon will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate cleaning product between each treatment
✔ All items of equipment will be cleaned before and after every treatment.
✔ Single use, disposable items will be used where necessary (sustainable alternatives kept where possible)
✔ We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible
2 OUR TEAM
✔ We have conducted training to ensure all team members care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner
✔ Staff have been trained to adapt each treatment to uphold best practice, including hygiene and safety
✔ We have agreed social distancing for our team in communal staff areas
✔ Staff are briefed to uphold safe standards while dealing with responsibilities at reception
3 OUR CLIENTS
✔ When entering and leaving the clinic, patients will be required to wear a mask and sterilise their hands.
✔ Your temperature will be taken on arrival.
✔ Please only bring essential items such as keys, phone and payment to the clinic to avoid cross contamination.
✔ You will be sent a COVID-19 Risk Assessment Form. This must be completed 48 hours prior to your planned physical appointment or your treatment may be delayed or cancelled.
