Lip Blush, Microblading and Eyeliner Services

Spruce up your plants with our delightful ceramic pots, lovingly crafted to bring joy to your indoor and outdoor spaces.

The Origins of Borciani London were in medical tattooing and permanent makeup, this was over a decade ago when it was considered quite a niche service to have. Since then, it has become a mainstream staple of regular beauty treatments.

So, why is permanent makeup so popular?

Permanent Brows : From Microblading, Hair Stroke and Ombre

Microblading

Brows became huge in the 2010’s and onwards in every way, models like Cara Delavigne paved the way for bold, bushy brows and social media was filled with perfectly arched brows. Most of us at one time or another managed to overpluck our brows, this may have been in the seventies, nineties, or more recently in the early noughties, leaving us with sparse patches that did not grow back.  This lead to the rise of permanent makeup as we were striving for fuller, more defined brows.

Treatments such as Microblading emerged, giving incredibly natural hair strokes, powder brows were also very popular mimicking the softer look of a pencil application.  Ombre brows were around for a little while but the fad was short lived and replaced with more natural looking options.

 Lip Blush and Lip Neutralisation

Lips have overtaken brows as the most popular treatment for permanent makeup.  The overdone lip tattoos of the past have been replaced with beautifully soft lip blushes that resemble lip stains rather than lipstick like you’re wearing Benefit Lip Tint.

Dermal fillers can often blur the lip border and make the lips look pale. Redefining the border, cupids bow and adding in a wash of colour really brings life back to the lips and livens the face.

We are now able to offer lip services to women of all skin tones with our Lip Neutralisation service.  This treatment is incredibly popular with darker skinned clients as they can have issues with unwanted hues in the lips and pigmentation.  The Lip Neutralisation cancels out blues, purples and ashy tones and makes the lips look more uniform, fresher and lighter.

Permanent Eyeliner

Permanent Eyeliner

Our discreet lash liner is the most popular option for liners.  We adore this treatment as it defines the lash line, makes the lashes look fuller and is incredibly subtle.

It’s a really great option for anyone who wears contact lenses, doesn’t wear a lot of makeup or would like more definition.  We are seeing fewer requests for big, latino eyeliners and shaded liners, these can often cause issues years down the line due to ageing and fading of the pigment.  We would always recommend a natural eyeliner that will look good at any age – eyeliners can be absolutely permanent so it’s always good to bear in mind how it will look in 10/20/30 years.

Hair Follicle Simulation – A Great Solution For Hair Loss

This treatment is ideal for both men and women who have suffered hair loss. Suitable for clients of all ages, skin tone and hair colour, it’s designed to replace the appearance of lost hair follicles and hair strands. It’s also referred to as scalp tattooing however, there have been many clients reporting increased hair growth in the treated area due to the ‘needling’ triggering elastin and collagen.  For our male clients, we tend to focus on the crown or the receding areas of the hairline, we create micro dots of colour which mimic the hair follicle giving the look of a fuller head of hair. There are a number of popular treatments for our female clients which include adding ‘follicles’ to where the hair is parted which can often look a little thin. We can also strengthen the hairline which can become sparse due to underlying medical conditions, male pattern baldness and age.  This in combination with Hair Growth Solutions such as Growth Factors make a real change to our patients
