Skin Conditions
Pigmentation
Changes in pigment will affect most of us at some point, it can arise from sun damage, trauma to the skin, melasma or even loss of pigment.
Hyperpigmentation has been shown to be far more ageing than lines and wrinkles and traditionally has been difficult to treat, especially for darker skin tones.
Skin Blemishes
Skin blemishes and skin imperfections can range from Thread Veins, Cherry Angiomas, Milia and Skin Tags. We have a range of removal treatments that are effective and can often give instant results.
Dull Skin
We strive for radiant, glowing fresh looking skin. Dull skin can be a result of lack of exfoliation, compromised skin health and underlying medical issues. We look to increase your cell turnover and optimise the health of the skin and have options for immediate results. Mesotherapy, PRX T-33, Growth Factor Induction Therapy, skin peels and dermaplaning are great options.
Scars
One of our main focuses at Borciani London is the work we do on removing and reducing scars, we are constantly researching the best technologies as we understand the impact it can have, scars affect more than the skin they are on, often leaving people feeling extremely self-conscious frequently covering the area with clothing, makeup or hair.
Neck Lines
Our necks are often neglected as part of our beauty regimes but can show early signs of ageing. This can be due to a multitude of factors from sun exposure to weight loss/gain and even simply down to your genetics. Our ageing neck treatments enhance the area of the neck with injections of hyaluronic acid.
Acne
Most of us will have suffered with breakouts or acne at some point in our lives, this can be caused by diet, stress, hormones or external factors such as environment. We use a diagnostic approach to treat your acne whether it’s cystic, active or the scars from previous breakouts. Plasma Shower and Mesotherapy are our weapons against acne and breakouts.
Stretch Marks
Most of us have experienced an unwanted stretch mark in our lifetime; a staggering 80% of women will be affected during pregnancy alone, usually within the last trimester.
There are currently 2 types of treatment we can recommend; Collagen Induction Therapy is the use of small microneedles and potent pharmaceuticals.
Crows Feet – Dark Circles
These lines extending from the corner of the eyes are visible in young children but as we age, they become more pronounced, deeper and spread across the orbital area. The skin in this area is the thinnest in the body which is why it can be tricky to tackle. Luckily there are some great options to treat this area such as wrinkle relaxing injections or if you prefer a needle free option – Plasma Lift or PRX.
Ageing Skin
As we age, our skin loses collagen and elastin, it becomes thinner, drier and more prone to pigmentation and sagging skin. In recent years, there have been some incredible developments which allow us to reverse these signs of ageing such as Bio Revitalisers, many are needle free and extremely natural. PRX T-33 is a favourite of our clients due to zero downtime, mesotherapy, wrinkle relaxing injections and Profhilo are great options to keep the skin young and healthy.

Does it hurt ?
It is completely normal to feel anxious about the procedures. We use a range of topical anaesthetics to ensure that you are as relaxed as possible during the treatment and that any discomfort is kept to an absolute minimum. Most clients describe the sensation as ‘tingling vibrations’ rather than pain and many fall asleep during the procedure.
