What happens during a custom facial?
Unlike standard facials, our custom prescriptive facial begins with an in-depth skin analysis, we want to understand your primary skin concerns and goals, what treatments you have previously had and your skincare regime. We will then look at lifestyle factors along with potential sun exposure, medical conditions and medications that may affect the treatment.
We then recommend a treatment protocol to give you the most effective results within your downtime allocation, timeframe and budgets including a homecare regime if appropriate. We will have time to perform the treatment on the day.

How often can I have a treatment?
Most of our patients book every 4-6 weeks to keep the skin looking as good as possible. We often do different treatments each session as our skin changes with the weather, hormones, stress etc.
What is the cost?

Are treatments safe for everyone?
There are a few general contraindications, pregnancy & breastfeeding, use of Accutane in the last 12 months, some auto-immune conditions. If you are unsure then please do check with the clinic

We understand that you may have questions especially if it is your first session. We allow around 15 minutes of consultation to allow time for the treatment.
