Microblading Brow Treatment London
This is the perfect option for anyone who wants to define and shape their brows without having to apply pencils, powders and pomades every day. Whether you suffer from sparse, over-plucked eyebrows, alopecia or simply need definition, microblading can transform your appearance.
Who is microblading good for?
This versatile treatment is one of the most popular options for anyone who is looking for a very realistic result. It is suitable for most skin types (even those with oily skin) and skin tones. A refresh is needed every 12-18 months, the area heals very quickly so good if low downtime is important. This ever popular treatment is showing no signs of slowing with Europe dominating the permanent makeup treatments (according to fortune)
If your skin is very thin or compromised, we may recommend nano/machine hair-stroke or soft powder brows instead
What happens during microblading?
- Assessment & mapping: we discuss your desired look, then map a flattering, balanced template.
- Comfort: a topical anaesthetic is applied for around 20 minutes. During this time we blend a pigment to perfectly match your brow/hair colour and undertone.
- Precision strokes: ultra-fine hair strokes are implanted within the template, usually 2–3 passes per brow.
- Healing: expect mild flaking; colour looks darker for a few days, then softens 30–40% as it settles.
- Perfecting session (~6 weeks): we refine shape, density and colour for longevity.
Microblading FAQ
-
What is microblading?
Microblading is a form of permanent makeup using a manual hand tool to place fine, hair-like strokes of pigment. The result is very natural and blends with your own brows.
-
Does microblading hurt?
Discomfort is usually mild; many clients feel relaxed throughout. We use topical anaesthetic before and during treatment for comfort.
-
How long does healing take?
Initial healing is 7–10 days with mild flaking. Final colour settles by 4–6 weeks. Brows are often darker for a few days, then soften by ~30–40% as they heal.
-
How long will it last?
Typically 12–24 months before a colour boost is advisable. Longevity depends on skin type (oilier skin fades faster), sun exposure, skincare actives, and aftercare.
-
How much is microblading?
See current fees on our Prices page or book online for a quote based on your goals.
-
Who may not be suitable?
We avoid treatment during pregnancy/breastfeeding; within 6–12 months of oral isotretinoin; with active eczema/psoriasis/infection in the brow area; uncontrolled diabetes; or a history of keloid scarring in the region. Certain medicines (e.g., blood thinners) may require medical clearance.
-
Can you correct previous brow tattooing?
Yes. We offer colour correction and reshaping. If previous pigment is dense or misplaced, we may suggest gentle removal (e.g., saline or laser) before your new brows are applied.

Great brows are a joint effort! Follow these steps to help heal quickly, retain more pigment and improve longevity.
Day 0 (treatment day)
- Blot gently with a clean tissue every 20 minutes for the first hour to remove lymph; apply a rice-grain amount of aftercare balm.
Days 2–7
- Morning & evening: cleanse lightly with water and a gentle antibacterial cleanser suitable for sensitive skin; rinse and pat dry.
- Avoid cleansers with acids (AHA/BHA) or exfoliants on the brow area.
- Apply a rice-grain amount of aftercare ointment up to 3× daily on dry skin. Do not over-apply.
Important reminders
- Use a fresh pillowcase; avoid sleeping on your face for the first week.
- No makeup on the brows until flaking ends; avoid heavy sweating/steam for 1 week; no swimming/sauna/Jacuzzi for 1 month.
- No facials, injectables, peels or microdermabrasion for 4 weeks.
- Do not pick the brows—let any dry skin exfoliate naturally.
- Limit showers to ~5 minutes to reduce steam; keep brows out of direct water flow.
Expect 20–50% pigment softening after the first session; the perfecting session is compulsory and ideally is between 4-8 weeks, it’s an essential step for long-term results. Protect healed brows daily with SPF.
