At Borciani London, we’re always on the look out for cutting edge skincare and work hard to provide treatments that deliver real, visible results. One of the most exciting innovations for 2024 is exosome therapy—an extraordinary treatment that’s transforming skin at the cellular level. But what exactly are exosomes, and why are they generating so much buzz?

Exosomes are powerful little vesicles that carry specific cargo such as lipids, proteins, growth factors and peptides that signal your skin to regenerate and repair. When applied during a treatment like microneedling, these tiny vesicles penetrate deep into the skin, stimulating natural processes that improve your skin’s texture, tone, and overall health. Think of them as the ultimate skin rejuvenators, promoting faster healing and boosting collagen production

What do Exosomes do?

Exosome treatments offer a multitude of benefits, making them ideal for anyone looking to invest in high-quality, transformative skincare. Here’s what you can expect:

Enhanced Skin Repair: Exosomes accelerate the skin’s natural healing process, making them perfect for addressing scarring, fine lines, and sun damage.
Boosted Collagen Production: By stimulating your skin’s collagen and elastin, exosomes help restore a youthful firmness and smoothness, improving elasticity and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
Reduced Inflammation: Whether you’re dealing with rosacea or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, exosomes help calm the skin, reducing redness and irritation.
Brighter, Even-Toned Skin: Over time, exosomes can lighten hyperpigmentation and even out your complexion, leaving your skin glowing and revitalised.

Who should have Exosomes?

This treatment is perfect for women between the ages of 28-58 who want to address multiple skin concerns without opting for invasive procedures. If you’re looking

Reduce fine lines and wrinkles

Diminish acne scars or other types of scarring

Calm inflammation from rosacea or sensitive skin

Achieve a brighter, more even skin tone

Exosome therapy offers a high-tech, non-invasive solution that works with your skin’s natural processes for lasting results

The Added Power of Polynucleotides

Incorporating polynucleotides into exosomal structures ensures a more significant biological impact. This combination increases the interaction between the polynucleotides and your skin’s receptors, optimising the skin’s regenerative processes. Plus, it prevents tissue dispersion, making the effects of the treatment more targeted and long-lasting. This is all made possible through our advanced V-Tech System, which stimulates rejuvenation right from the first application, delivering visible improvements in texture, tone, and firmness.

Benefits of Exosome Therapy with Polynucleotides

By choosing this enhanced treatment, you’re investing in the best of both worlds—natural skin healing boosted by cutting-edge science. Here’s what you can expect:

    • Improved Skin Repair: Polynucleotides work with exosomes to stimulate collagen and elastin production, helping to smooth fine lines, fade scars, and repair skin damage more effectively
    • Increased Cellular Communication: The synergy between polynucleotides and exosomes means your skin cells receive stronger signals to rejuvenate, resulting in a firmer, more youthful appearance.
    • Targeted Treatment: The enhanced exosomal structure ensures that the treatment is more focused and long-lasting, preventing tissue dispersion and delivering lasting results
