Venus Versa Acne Treatment
Repairing and healing skin
Acne reducing treatment.
Adult acne is on the rise and is now one of the most common skin conditions with up to 55% of adults aged 20-45 suffering from low grade acne and hormonal breakouts, if you are amongst this group then you are certainly not alone.
There are 3 stages of acne, each requiring a slightly different approach for the best results, these can range from blackheads and hormonal breakouts to deep, painful cystic acne.
With the right treatment, you can effectively target both the cause and visible symptoms of acne-related skin conditions like the above.
How does it work?
The Venus Versa uses IPL technology, similar to a Photofacial but using red and blue light technology, this is much more powerful than LED light therapy. The red IPL targets inflammation and skin damage repairing and healing the skin, the blue light destroys acne causing bacteria preventing future breakouts. The result is noticeably smoother, healthier-looking skin that you’ll be a great deal happier to show off.
Am I a good candidate?
The best candidate is someone with fair to medium skin tone with acne and/or acne-related inflammation on the face or body. For darker skins we would use the Plasma Shower.

Does it hurt ?
It is completely normal to feel anxious about the procedures. We use a range of topical anaesthetics to ensure that you are as relaxed as possible during the treatment and that any discomfort is kept to an absolute minimum. Most clients describe the sensation as ‘tingling vibrations’ rather than pain and many fall asleep during the procedure.
